For example, you may write comments, posts, profile pages, or mod pages, or upload and share files through the Services. This also includes your profile information and the information you provide when you create mod pages.

Furthermore, we do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

For instance, if you engage with our social media account on another platform, we may obtain specific details about you, such as your username on that platform.

6. How We Use Information

  • Help protect the safety of the Services and our users, which includes blocking suspected spammers, addressing abuse, and enforcing the Terms of Service and our other policies;

This includes meeting legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements. In certain situations, such as a complaint or if there is a possibility of litigation related to our relationship with you, we may retain your personal data for an extended period.

For instance, we utilize HTTPS during information transmission to ensure secure data transfer. Additionally, we enforce technical and administrative access controls, restricting access to nonpublic personal information only to authorized employees. You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we could refuse to comply with your request if it is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

11. Your Choices

  • Access and change your information. You can access your information and change or correct certain information through the Services. See our Help Center for more information. You can also request a copy of the personal information we maintain about you by contacting us through the support portal or email.
  • Delete your account. You may request to delete your account information at any time by contacting our support. When you delete your account, your profile is no longer visible to other users and disassociated from content you posted under that account. Please note, however, that the comments and messages you submitted prior to deleting your account will still be visible to others unless you first delete the specific content. After you submit a request to delete your account, it may take up to 90 days for the deletion to complete. We may also retain certain information about you as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
  • Control linked services' access to your account. You can review the services you have permitted to access your account and revoke access to individual services by visiting your account's Authorized Apps page (for third-party app authorizations).
  • Opt out of targeted advertising. You may opt out of us using information we collect from third parties, including advertising partners, to personalize the ads you see on the Services. To do so, visit the Safety & Privacy section of the Account Settings in your account here.
  • Control the use of cookies. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject first- and third-party cookies. We are based in Bulgaria and we may process and store user data in Germany and other countries to provide our Services effectively. International data transfers are necessary for various reasons, including data storage, website hosting, and technical infrastructure.
